RedWater Rewards

RedWater Rewards costs $59 per year and is valid for 12 months from your sign up date.

To use RedWater Rewards and receive your discount, you will need to use the RedWater Restaurant Group app. To do this, please download the RedWater Restaurant Group app on your smartphone by using the following links or searching for “RedWater Restaurant Group” on the Apple App Store or Google Play.

1. After downloading the app, click on the menu option in the top left of the app screen. 
2. From the app menu, select the RedWater Rewards option. 
3. From the RedWater Rewards page, click on the option to log in. 
4. Use your email address that you signed up for RedWater Rewards with as your username and the password you selected when signing up to log in. If you don’t remember your password and need to reset it, you can reset your password from the RedWater Rewards Sign In screen.  
5. After logging in to RedWater Rewards, you will then be able to receive the 10% discount on your food and beverage purchases. When checking out at the restaurant, let your server know that you are a part of RedWater Rewards and show them that you are logged in on the app. 

If you don’t remember your password and need to reset it, you can select the “Lost Your Password” option on the Sign In screen for RedWater Rewards. 

To receive your RedWater Rewards discounts, you will need to show your server that you have RedWater Rewards through the RedWater Restaurant Group app. 

1. Log in to RedWater Rewards on the RedWater Restaurant Group app using your email address and password that you entered when signing up.  
2. Let your server know that you are a RedWater Rewards VIP when checking out after your dining experience. 
3. Show your server that you are logged in to RedWater Rewards on the app to verify your subscription and get the discounts applied on your check. 

No, VIPs of RedWater Rewards do not have assigned member numbers but instead have a login for the RedWater Rewards program. When checking out at the restaurant, let your server know that you are a RedWater Rewards VIP and show them that you are logged in to RedWater Rewards on the RedWater Restaurant Group app to receive the discounts. 

RedWater Rewards' discounts are valid at any of our 9 RedWater restaurants.

Your 10% discount can be used any time you dine with us. Monthly specials are valid for a one time redemption during the indicated month.

The 10% discount is valid on full-price menu items only and will not be applied to the monthly specials. However, the remaining items on your bill are able to receive the 10% discount.

RedWater Rewards VIPs must have internet access on their mobile device in order to use RedWater Rewards. Monthly specials are valid for a one time redemption during the indicated month. The 10% discount is valid on full-price menu items only and will not be applied to the monthly specials. Discounts are not valid with any other promotions or discounts and are not valid for specialty menus, holidays, buffets, special events, or private events. Discounts apply to the payment of the RedWater Rewards VIP only for parties of 10 or less. Tax and service charge will be added before discounts are applied. The RedWater Rewards program is subject to change.
