1st Course

Summer Salad | grilled peaches, watermelon, arugula, fennel, mint, toasted almonds, feta cheese, white balsamic vinaigrette
paired with Mezcal Old Fashioned – peloton de la muerte, peach shrub, simple, peach bitters, peach slice

2nd Course

Shrimp and Grits | fried smoked gouda grits, crispy pork belly, blackened shrimp, grilled okra, spicy tomato stew
paired with Aged Rye Old Fashioned – bulleit 12yr rye, salted simple, angostura, smoked glass, orange peel

3rd Course

Grilled Ribeye | 12-oz. grilled ribeye, garlic parmesan asparagus, crispy tater tots, cowboy butter, black peppercorn demi-glace
paired with Brimstone Old Fashioned – beef fat washed balcones brimstone, red wine simple, angostura bitters, bourbon cherry
