$80Join us on Thursday, November 21st from 6–9 PM for a Friendsgiving celebration like no other, featuring five festive courses expertly paired with unique, handcrafted cocktails. Tickets are $80 per person (plus tax and gratuity). Get ready to savor bold flavors and seasonal drinks that elevate Thanksgiving classics into a memorable culinary experience!
Menu Highlights:
🍴 Amuse Charcuterie: Cornucopia-style charcuterie with puff pastry-baked brie, paired with the Grand 75 – Ford’s Gin, Thatcher’s Elderflower, pomegranate simple syrup, lemon, St. Julian Brut, and a lemon twist.
🍴 Appetizer: Bacon-Wrapped Stuffing Ball with apple cider gravy, served with Dad Burnt the Turkey – Turkey fat-washed & smoked Old Forester, cranberry rosemary simple syrup, Angostura bitters, and a cranberry garnish.
🍴 Soup: French Onion Soup, baked in a cast iron crock, accompanied by The Brandywine – Christian Brothers Brandy, lemon juice, runny honey, apple shrub, lemon zest, and red wine cold foam (contains egg).
🍴 Entree: House-Smoked Turkey Leg with potatoes au gratin, bacon-braised green beans, and cranberry drizzle, paired with The Sazberries Taste Like Sazberries – Cranberry-infused Sazerac, simple syrup, Peychaud’s bitters, green chartreuse rinse, and a lemon peel.
🍴 Dessert: Southern Pecan Pie with bourbon cream whip, paired with The Great Pumpkin – Smirnoff Vanilla, Parrot Bay Spiced Rum, pumpkin puree, allspice whip, and grated cinnamon.
